To learn more about Rig Technologies products and services, please visit us at https://www.nov.com/about/our-company-structure/rig<br>\n  Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></p>\n<p>Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for designated project(s) to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget parameters.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the single point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and customer suppliers. Act as the communications coordinator for assigned major projects, ensuring effective coordination across all internal departments.</li>\n <li>Ensure preparation and delivery of customer documentation and project drawings in accordance with contract requirements.</li>\n <li>Represent the Company at customer and subcontractor coordination and status meetings.</li>\n <li>Monitor project activities to ensure cost targets and gross margin objectives are achieved.</li>\n <li>Track and control major components of project costs.</li>\n <li>Assume responsibility for maintaining and executing the overall project schedule.</li>\n <li>Follow required administrative procedures to ensure successful project execution.</li>\n <li>Negotiate the settlement of claims associated with assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress against established plans and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Comply with all NOV company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>FACILITY/GROUP-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate the ability to understand and communicate customers’ technical needs related to rig/drilling equipment and automation/robotics technologies.</li>\n <li>Provide customers with updates on program technologies and new NOV products or technical solutions (e.g., Cadence, NOVOS, MCDT, RigSentry, CM, etc.).</li>\n <li>Review and validate information received from customer operations and liaise with appropriate internal NOV groups.</li>\n <li>Assign responsibility for detailed analysis of customer drilling performance and equipment performance issues by product line and/or customer operation. Report trends and anomalies, and collaborate internally and externally to identify and implement effective solutions.</li>\n <li>Track the closure of program-related action items and provide updates on the status of NOV equipment on program rigs.</li>\n <li>Utilize company-provided laptop computer and LCD monitors.</li>\n <li>Utilize company-provided mobile and landline phones.</li>\n <li>Execute PIBs as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and repair of offshore oilfield equipment and/or drilling operations.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.</li>\n <li>PMP certification preferred.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.</li>\n <li>Work outside of normal office hours is common.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Strong customer service orientation.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, as well as PDF software.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>NOV is an equal opportunity employer.
