    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>: Responsible for furnishing Representatives in the Player Services department with money; accurately reconciling main bank inventory; verifying all money drops and deposits. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>: include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Creates and supports a work environment/culture focused on building high-trust relationships by extending support and respect to all</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assists various departments in counting gratuities.</li><li>Verifies all money drops and deposits money into appropriate accounts.</li><li>Reconciles Players Services Representative banks accurately.</li><li>Maintains various records of Main Bank activities.</li><li>Maintains the accuracy of the vault inventory during ALL shifts.</li><li>Pulls and counts mutilated money; preparing it to be returned to the bank.</li><li>Ensures proper fills and reconciliation for ATM&rsquo;s, Kiosks and Recycler.</li><li>Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.</li><li>Complies with Title 31 requirements and other internal control standards.</li><li>Prepares reports as requested.</li><li>Seeks efficiency in the Player Services department without undermining the rules/regulations.</li><li>Demonstrate effective computer literacy skills with Microsoft programs and database systems.</li><li>Verifies all money drops, transfers and deposits money into appropriate gaming accounts.</li><li>Prepares banks for slots, promotions and other departments as needed.</li><li>Pays out large jackpots.</li><li>Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.</li><li>Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.</li><li>Ensures strict adherence to policies, procedures and Internal Controls</li><li>Helps clean and sanitize work area as directed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required. &nbsp;Some college preferred. At least two years of experience in a Player&rsquo;s Club or Cage operation.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate fluently in English.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Equivalent to a high school education with one (1) year to three (3) years of similar or related experience.</p><ul><li>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate fluently in English.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
