FlatironDragados' Intern Program provides challenging and rewarding work opportunities for law students. This intern will work with FlatironDragados’ legal team.This position is an in-person position in Whitestone, NY in the Summer. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform legal research on topics assigned by supervising lawyers, including construction, procurement, administrative, civil procedure, employment, labor and regulatory law.</li>\n <li>Review policy documents and identify and analyze legal risks for supervising lawyers to review.</li>\n <li>Assist supervising lawyers with contracts, claims, litigation, documentation and due diligence for various matters.</li>\n <li>Assist with various projects within the legal team to ensure compliance with business practices including drafting presentations, internal memos, business plans and reports.</li>\n <li>Perform additional assignments per management’s direction</li>\n <li>Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
