This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising crews while actively participating in field work.</p>\n<p>The Working Foreman ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting communication between the field and project management teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Run day-to-day field operations on tenant improvement projects</li>\n<li>Lead crews while performing hands-on work (framing, drywall, T-bar, etc.)</li>\n<li>Coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing in real time</li>\n<li>Read plans, layout work, and keep production moving</li>\n<li>Enforce safety standards—zero tolerance for unsafe work</li>\n<li>Maintain schedules, look-aheads, and daily production goals</li>\n<li>Solve jobsite issues quickly without waiting on direction</li>\n<li>Track progress, manpower, and jobsite performance</li>\n<li>Communicate directly with PMs and ensure field execution matches plan</li>\n<li>Maintain daily logs, reports, and basic job documentation</li>\n<li>Keep projects clean, organized, and moving forward</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in commercial construction (Foreman or Lead Carpenter level)</li>\n<li>Strong tenant improvement experience (required)</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead crews and work in the field daily</li>\n<li>Strong blueprint reading and layout skills</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of construction sequencing and workflow</li>\n<li>Strong safety mindset—OSHA compliance is expected, not optional</li>\n<li>Ability to move fast, make decisions, and solve problems on site</li>\n<li>Reliable, accountable, and self-directed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid California driver’s license</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background check for site badging</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of field construction experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 </li>\n<li>First Aid / CPR Certification</li>\n<li>Experience with drywall, framing, or interior TI work</li>\n<li>Familiarity with jobsite reporting or construction software</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Retirement plan with company match</li>\n<li>Paid holidays and sick time</li>\n<li>Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
