This includes coordinating, facilitating, and maintaining records that drive adherence to the overall quality program.<span>&nbsp; </span>This role will promote continuous improvement and a collaborative environment to ensure compliance and growth in program elements within the Rapid Response Center and work closely with the QESH managers throughout the network.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ensure quality program compliance at the Rapid Response Center</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Responsible for the CAR &amp; NCR process&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Lead quality issue resolution activities, including driving corrective actions across the Rapid Response Center</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Identify and act on any immediate quality concerns and notify management&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Prepare and conduct all required Quality audits for the site</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Coordinate and direct pre-audit and post-audit meetings and bring resolutions to close</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Responsible for preparing, delivering, and monitoring all quality training for all employees at the site</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Maintain welder certifications and review welder continuity logs for compliance</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provide administrative support for all QA intensive orders received from Impact Partners</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provide QMS technical support to meet operational objectives</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Regularly report to Management on the status and effectiveness of the Quality Program</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Participate, if asked, in audits for both Emerson and Premier Service Provider facilities.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Analyze audit results to diagnose areas in need of improvement.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Drive stakeholder agreement on any findings from the audit processes to develop actionable plans for improvements.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Continuously review and improve the quality culture of the organization</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">High School diploma and 4+ year of previous industry related experience OR an Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Quality Management or a related field with a combination of previous service work experience.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">3+ years of experience in auditing or inspecting required.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Manufacturing setting experience required.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Effective oral and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Demonstrated ability to lead by influence.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Thorough understanding of Quality Assurance processes.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong problem-solving skill to be able to uncover root causes to difficult problems.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">5+ years of experience in auditing or inspecting perferred</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Quality maintenance experience is preferred</li><li>Understanding or work experience with Fisher and Final Control product preferred</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">ASME &amp; ANSI experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">ASME Sec lX knowledge and experience preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Offer To You:</strong></p><p>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
