As a Project Engineer, Land Development and Municipal Engineering, you will support a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional site development projects across Ontario.</p><p>This role empowers you to refine your technical expertise, collaborate with industry-leading professionals, and help shape the communities where we live, work, and grow—while supporting municipal approvals and permits.</p><hr><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Deliver design solutions for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems on multidisciplinary land development projects</li><li>Prepare site servicing, grading, and drainage designs, including drawings (AutoCAD/Civil 3D) and technical reports</li><li>Coordinate permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions with municipal authorities</li><li>Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, contractors, clients, and internal teams to drive project success</li><li>Support project coordination, documentation, and quality control processes</li><li>Apply innovative problem-solving approaches to improve project outcomes</li><li>Contribute to building sustainable and resilient communities through impactful infrastructure design</li><li>Grow your capabilities in a supportive, high-performing, and self-driven environment with hybrid flexibility from the Ottawa office</li></ul><hr><p><strong>The Skills That Set You Apart</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>3–5 years of experience in land development or municipal engineering</li><li>Strong expertise in site servicing, stormwater management, grading, and drainage design</li><li>P.Eng. designation in Ontario</li><li>Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D</li><li>Working knowledge of Ontario land development processes and approval pathways</li><li>Familiarity with Ontario and Ottawa Design Guidelines</li><li>Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset</li><li>Valid Ontario driver’s licence with ability to work in both office and field environments</li><li>PSPC Security Clearance considered an asset</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Why Choose WSP?</strong></p><p>Why Choose WSP?
