Our three main operating divisions include: Construction Management, Electrical Contracting and Communication Cabling.<strong> </strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead maintenance team and ensure tasks are completed on time.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Rough and/or finish carpentry including demolition and full rebuilds of interior spaces.</li>\n <li>Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Installation of doors, windows, and hardware, Casework.</li>\n <li>Determine the appropriate amount of material needed to complete tasks.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure job site is kept clean and safe.</li>\n <li>Other odd jobs as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Journeyman carpentry certificate</li>\n <li>Experience taking lead on projects and managing a team</li>\n <li>Valid drivers license</li>\n <li>Exposure to blue print reading</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As a member of the OSCO Construction Group, we offer a comprehensive compensation package including health and dental coverage, life insurance&nbsp;and&nbsp;RRSP options.
