    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design is currently looking for a Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market team in any of our offices within the US! This may include Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Seattle, WA; Albany, NY; and Phoenix, AZ! A complete listing of our offices can be found at Colliers Engineering & Design Offices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will be working in our Client Programs (CP) Market, where you will have the unique opportunity to work on global and national building programs with a focus on project and client leadership through all phases of design and delivery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our new <strong>Project Manager</strong> will lead poject teams through all phases of project execution including contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration. They are also responsible for managing project schedules, and the financial performance of the work. Externally they focus on building strong client relationships, and upholding MG2s standard for design excellence while serving as the main point of contact for all project related communication.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage project teams through all project phases. Primary responsibility is ensuring project deliverables are aligned with the contract, completed in conformance with the project schedule and budget, and continually meet MG2 standards for quality. </li>\n <li>Ensure required contracts are in place prior to beginning execution of contract deliverables. </li>\n <li>Create and maintain accurate milestone-based project schedules and staffing workplans. </li>\n <li>Create and maintain detailed Project Charters including a comprehensive QA/QC plan for all project work.</li>\n <li>Assist with the development of project proposals and RFP responses as requested.</li>\n <li>Continuously monitor project financial status and complete intermediate financial reviews with Team Leads or Principal-in-Charge (PIC). </li>\n <li>Review monthly project invoicing and consultant billing.</li>\n <li>Produce weekly project updates, including documentation regarding contract deliverables, financial updates, contracts, and permitting reports.</li>\n <li>Issue weekly project updates to all project stakeholders.    </li>\n <li>Lead or direct all internal and external project team meetings. </li>\n <li>Actively participate in all Quality Control procedures including review of all externally distributed project deliverables. </li>\n <li>Oversee all team activities during Construction Administration including weekly reviews of RFI and Submittal logs and attendance during project OAC meetings.</li>\n <li>Additional responsibilities include detailed review of all site visit reports and punch lists prior to issuance. </li>\n <li>Host both internal and external project debrief meetings following completion of construction activities; focus on opportunities to continuously improve service level and results. </li>\n <li>Initiate project-close out procedures following substantial completion; finalize in alignment with contractual obligations. </li>\n <li>Manage internal and external resources; ensure consistent quality and project profitability. </li>\n <li>Continuously manage the performance of team members; consistently provide accurate and relevant feedback as needed. </li>\n <li>Perform monthly 1:1 check-ins with all internal team members. (People Managers Only). </li>\n <li>Conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews (People Managers Only).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.</li>\n <li>Certification as a license professional preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery. </li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation: $80,000 to $152,000 per year (depending on qualifications) </p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>At MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, we value our employees with great benefits and worthwhile programs.
