Who are committed to delivering programs and solutions to meet our customers' time frames and financial parameters by managing technical, schedule, and cost performance.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n<p>Bluehawk is seeking a <strong>Senior-Level OSINT Collector (Mandarin)</strong> to lead advanced open-source collection and analysis efforts supporting INDOPACOM. This role requires deep expertise in OSINT tradecraft, Mandarin-enabled exploitation, and the ability to produce and review high-impact intelligence products for senior decision-makers.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead collection, translation, and exploitation of foreign open-source information (PAI/CAI/social media)</li>\n <li>Produce and oversee high-quality OSIRs addressing complex intelligence requirements</li>\n <li>Develop and refine OSINT collection strategies and methodologies</li>\n <li>Conduct advanced analysis of social networks, relationships, and emerging threats</li>\n <li>Support RFIs and provide strategic-level intelligence insights</li>\n <li>Perform quality control and peer review of analytic products to ensure adherence to DIA standards</li>\n <li>Mentor junior analysts and support team-based research on complex or critical intelligence problems</li>\n <li>Engage with IC and operational partners to support information sharing and resolve analytic challenges</li>\n <li>Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across regional and mission-specific intelligence</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI (CI Polygraph preferred)</li>\n <li>Mandarin proficiency (DLPT Level 3 or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum 12 years of relevant experience (within the last 2 years)</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of OSIR writing experience</li>\n <li>Completion of one of the following:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Army BOSIC</li>\n  <li>DIA BOSC 301 or 302</li>\n  <li>DIA BOTC or AOTC</li>\n  <li>Equivalent commercial OSINT training</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced ability to translate and contextualize complex foreign-language materials</li>\n <li>Expert-level analytic writing and briefing skills aligned with DIA standards</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership in OSINT production and tradecraft application</li>\n <li>Ability to independently drive analytic efforts with minimal oversight</li>\n <li>Proven ability to collaborate across IC partners and resolve analytic conflicts</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Highly Desired</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience producing OSIRs in accordance with DIEM guidance</li>\n <li>Familiarity with DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Bluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity</em></p>",
