If you are up to the challenge of working in a mission-driven start-up technology company, then perhaps kumu is for you!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Quality Assurance (QA) Intern will help us build a better application through planning, testing, and other activities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarize on Kumu Mobile Application Guide</li>\n<li>Perform functional testing and non-functional testing - this includes Exploratory Testing</li>\n<li>Report defects in the Jira tracking tool accurately</li>\n<li>Perform thorough regression testing in a sprint for 1 week (5 working days)</li>\n<li>Communicate testing status/ activities to Regression Lead</li>\n<li>Communicate defects encountered to Regression Lead and Developers</li>\n<li>Participate in team meetings and planning activities</li>\n<li>Assist other QA interns to comply with best/standard practices</li>\n<li>Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What can you expect when you intern with kumu?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid set-up (at least once a week in the Makati office)</li>\n<li>Php 250 Daily Allowance</li>\n<li>Fun and Creative environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’d like it if you Are/Have:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willing to stay on a 6-month internship program</li>\n<li>Superb oral communication skills — able to communicate in Filipino, and English.</li>\n<li>High level of organizational, planning and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidential information using discretion and diplomacy.</li>\n<li>Self-discipline, honesty, integrity and professionalism.</li>\n<li>Able to provide own computer equipment and ISP.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Application Process</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The process may take 1-2 weeks depending on the number of applications and availability of interviewers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>CV Review</li>\n<li>HR Interview</li>\n<li>Hiring Manager Interview<br></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Privacy Notice</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>At kumu, we are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data.
