You will help ensure designs meet internal standards for safety, quality, and performance while supporting the successful execution of multiple projects.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Assist with equipment specifications, design reviews, and engineering documentation.</li><li>Partner with process engineers to develop, revise, and approve equipment-related requirements.</li><li>Review vendor submissions and help resolve gaps between specifications and proposed solutions.</li><li>Support multiple projects at once while managing changing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Contribute ideas for new or improved equipment recommendations and specifications.</li><li>Maintain organized records that help transform engineering work into scalable, repeatable products.</li></ul><h1><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</span></h1><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field.</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of process engineering or related experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize technical information effectively.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>A collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity.</li></ul><h1><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Growth Opportunities:</span></h1><p>This role is designed for someone early in their engineering career who wants to learn from experienced professionals and build a strong technical foundation.
