Description
Launch your engineering career in a collaborative environment where innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement drive meaningful work.
Why Join Us: If you are energized by solving real-world engineering challenges, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to meaningful projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers, partner with cross-functional teams, and help turn technical designs into high-quality, repeatable solutions. We value collaboration, attention to detail, safety, honesty, and a willingness to learn.
What makes this opportunity exciting: You will gain exposure to equipment specifications, design reviews, vendor collaboration, and project coordination while building a strong foundation in process engineering.
What You’ll Do: In this role, you will support process engineering efforts related to equipment design, technical documentation, approvals, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure designs meet internal standards for safety, quality, and performance while supporting the successful execution of multiple projects.
Assist with equipment specifications, design reviews, and engineering documentation. Partner with process engineers to develop, revise, and approve equipment-related requirements. Review vendor submissions and help resolve gaps between specifications and proposed solutions. Support multiple projects at once while managing changing priorities and deadlines. Contribute ideas for new or improved equipment recommendations and specifications. Maintain organized records that help transform engineering work into scalable, repeatable products. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field. 0–2 years of process engineering or related experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize technical information effectively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity. Growth Opportunities: This role is designed for someone early in their engineering career who wants to learn from experienced professionals and build a strong technical foundation. You will have opportunities to expand your knowledge of equipment design, engineering standards, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while growing your long-term career path.
Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based with occasional plant or site visits. Some travel may be required. Candidates should be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods and, during site visits, following safety procedures in active industrial environments.
Must possess current, valid driver's license with no restrictions.
Travel up to 10%.
