The Weitz Company is hiring a Project Controls Data Analyst to join our Operational Excellent (OpEx) team. This exciting new role will develop and administer companywide dashboards and analytics to support cost management, quality, safety, and risk management across construction operations. font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Integrate data from multiple sources (i.e. Databricks, Azure, P6, internal cost systems) to create a unified data model for reporting and analytics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure end-to-end data pipelines accuracy and reliability of reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Provide data visualization to provide an expansive overview of integrated data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Create and update project control reports that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and risk factors for active construction projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate closely with project controls teams to incorporate scheduling data into dashboards, providing visualizations of project timelines, milestones, and critical paths</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Support cost management efforts by integrating budget, forecast, and actual cost data into BI reports, enabling real-time tracking of project financials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and resolve issues in data pipelines, dashboard performance, and/or data accuracy, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Refine dashboards based on user feedback, emerging best practices and evolving market trends</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with project teams, IT, and OpEx team to understand reporting needs and ensure dashboards align with project goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">3+ years of experience in a construction-related or project controls environment is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of Lean principles desired</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, construction management, information systems, or related field;
