Implementation of in-studio and remote workflows that adhere to our security standards will be critical. You will be developing and disseminating the best practices for supporting complex technical process to maintain and improve operational efficiency. </p><br><br><br><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><b>MAIN DUTIES:</b></span><br>The Systems Engineer will provide Tier 1 support for Avid Editorial clients in the Los Angeles area and beyond through phone, email and in-person interactions. They will work closely with engineering teams in NY and LA to optimize Avid system architectures, adhering to company standards and securities requirements. They will help define, design, and implement next generation infrastructure. They will work with engineering teams to support creative applications globally. Other duties include:<ul><li>Bring Work from Home technology hardware and software solutions to all Co3 companies. </li><li>Work collaboratively to handle all operational and production technical needs. </li><li>Work in a fast pace creative environment with the ability to problem solve on the fly. </li><li>Update and maintain an accurate inventory for all Editorial gear. </li><li>Ability to work around production schedules and to travel as required. </li></ul><br><br><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><b>WHAT YOU BRING:</b><br>The ideal candidate will bring p</span>rior working experience in a computer-related field. They will bring experience with Avid Media Composer, Avid NEXIS support experience (ACSR preferred, not mandatory). They will have creative applications experience as well.
