We invest in <br>our employees and make sure that they will have the right training to secure their growth and <br>advancement towards their career aspirations. </p>\n<p><br>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.</li>\n<li>Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow</li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.</li>\n<li>Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, <br>Power Automate, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and <br>deployment</li>\n<li>Proven experience developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.</li>\n<li>Ability to apply best practices in low code development</li>\n<li>Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power <br>Platform capabilities.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>",
