    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support Senior HR leaders implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy.</li><li>Actively contribute to the implementation of HR strategies</li><li>Responsible for the day-to-day transactional matters related to recruiting, on-boarding, transfers, relocations, and separations</li><li>Support Senior HR leaders on culture and workplace initiatives</li><li>Execution of HR processes in conjunction with Directors, HR including performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, recruitment, headcount planning and reporting, and other corporate initiatives</li><li>Drive employee engagement initiatives, including engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture‑building activities</li><li>Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>8–14 years of progressive experience in HRBP role, preferably from MNC.</li><li>Exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions in an enterprise environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, compliance, and governance</li></ul>",
