Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will join a collaborative team of five across People and Culture, Health and Safety, and Training, supporting a workforce of almost 150 employees across the business.</p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, enjoys building strong relationships, and brings energy, initiative, professionalism, and a practical approach. Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and genuinely cares about making things better.</p>\n<p>We see strong systems, automation, and quality people data as critical to improving efficiency, supporting better decision-making, and creating a better employee experience. The goal is simple — spend less time on administration and more time focused on initiatives that genuinely improve outcomes for our people, teams, and ultimately our clients.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same, with real opportunity to contribute ideas, improve how we work, and help shape the future of People and Culture within the business.
