Completes letters of justification for Durable Medical Equipment.</li><li>Delegates appropriate duties to certified occupational therapy assistants, aides and supportive personnel.</li><li>Coordinate and organizes a full treatment caseload.</li><li>Attends and reports at rehabilitation team conferences (RTC), treating team conferences (TTC) and family team conferences (FTC).</li><li>Seek to provide or enhance staff, patient and family education through continuing education courses/seminars and review of current relevant literature.</li></ul><p><u><i><b>Prerequisites:</b></i></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.</li><li>Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.</li><li>American Occupational Therapy Association membership preferred.</li><li>Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.</li><li>Demonstrated pursuit of continuing education courses relevant to the field of occupational therapy.</li><li>Demonstrated ability with interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Knowledge, experience, and proficiency in dealing with adult rehabilitation and geriatric age group.</li><li>Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.</li></ul>",
