And the impact you make is real&mdash;from the people and projects you&rsquo;ll support, to the direction we grow together.</p><p><strong>Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Compensation &ndash; Based on Experience</li><li>Weekly Pay</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Options</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Holiday Pay</li><li>401k with 3% Company Match</li><li>Flexible Health Spending Account</li><li>Referral Program</li></ul><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Create compliant, engaging job advertisements tailored to various roles</li><li>Manage job postings and recruiting spend to ensure budget efficiency; refresh postings as needed</li><li>Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, trade schools, and networking events</li><li>Identify, attend, and participate in recruiting and networking events (ex: OLA events, school speaking engagements, hiring fairs)</li><li>Plan and host seasonal hiring events, including marketing, sourcing, screening, and event execution</li><li>Work with hiring leaders to schedule potential candidates for in-person interviews</li><li>Manage the ATS, ensuring timely and consistent candidate communication</li><li>Own the full-cycle recruitment process: Pre-screening, phone interviews, present for in-person interviews, background checks, MVRs, drug testing, reference checks, offer extensions and negotiations, etc.</li><li>Manage high-volume recruiting during the winter snow removal season</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant employment documentation (I-9s, W-4s, new hire paperwork, etc)</li><li>Handle onboarding and pre-start tasks, including welcome emails and first day preparation</li><li>Support and manage recruiting-related social media content</li><li>Stay current with industry hiring trends and workforce needs</li></ul><p><strong>What you need to succeed:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of recruiting experience &ndash; required</li><li>Industry experience &ndash; preferred</li><li>Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred)</li><li>Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards</li><li>Experience sourcing candidates beyond traditional job boards</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a blue-collar, field-driven environment</li><li>Willingness to learn industry-specific roles, equipment, and terminology</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute needs</li><li>Experience with or interest in community-based recruiting and hiring events</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
