This position will deliver parts in the morning and handle shipping and receiving in the afternoon with subject to change in schedule if necessary.The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions. Must have at least 1-3 years shipping & receiving experience. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. \n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health & Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1-3 years' experience in shipping & receiving (Auto Dealership experience preferred).</li>\n <li>Parts Delivery experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimal Parts Counterperson experience a PLUS!</li>\n <li>Highly professional and dependable.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Must be customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customers and team members.</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.</li>\n <li>Willing to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Bilingual a PLUS!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the scheduling of the inbound and outbound flow of parts, work in process.</li>\n <li>Deliver parts to customers safely and timely.</li>\n <li>Ensure that required parts are ready for shipment according to required deadlines.</li>\n <li>Determine the proper method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and DOT regulations.</li>\n <li>Contract with freight companies that can provide the best rates and service within our shipping requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure the accuracy of inbound parts, including the inspection of the material compared to the shipping paperwork (bills of lading, packing lists, parts transfer, etc.) This includes the documentation of material shortages/overages rejected or damaged materials.</li>\n <li>Accurately enter all production part receipts to the P.O.'s on the ADP System.</li>\n <li>Accurately receive all MOR and miscellaneous shipments and process related paperwork.</li>\n <li>Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.</li>\n <li>Support the resolution of purchase order, packing slip, invoicing, inventory and bills of materials discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Supports initiatives to improve shipping, receiving, handling and storage of materials.</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiates throughout the supply chain logistics process.</li>\n <li>Follows all safety and security procedures.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
