    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This position is responsible for processing, mitigating risk and resolving questions related to Corporate Actions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location(s): Milwaukee, WI</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Gathers time critical information, communicates internally to reach decisions on each action and accurately prepares corporate action instructions for delivery to custodians within tight timeframes.</li>\n <li>Updates client accounts in internal systems for corporate action transactions.</li>\n <li>Identifies and escalates potential voluntary corporate action related risk issues that may result in financial losses if not acted upon timely.</li>\n <li>Provides feedback and recommendations to continuously improve processes and mitigate risk.</li>\n <li>Completes special projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of corporate actions.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated time management, analytical and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage risk, mitigate risk and make sound decisions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to drive continuous improvement and execution excellence.</li>\n <li>Enjoys working in a changing environment but able to focus on the task at hand.</li>\n <li>Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Operate computer programs and software</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats</li>\n <li>Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with BBH Infomediary, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), Bloomberg and Microsoft Office suite of products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note</strong></em><em>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
