    "description": "<p>We’re looking for a proactive professional who thrives in an office environment and enjoys working with modern accounting tools.</p>\n<p>You’ll gain hands-on experience with digital accounting workflows and contribute to delivering high-quality financial services.</p>\n<p>This position is according to US working hours, Monday to Friday.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR</li>\n<li>Review and categorize financial transactions for accuracy</li>\n<li>Maintain general ledger and account reconciliations</li>\n<li>Support financial reporting and closing processes</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and accrual accounting standards</li>\n<li>Align tax filings with accounting records</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems</li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining and optimizing accounting workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technical aptitude and comfort with accounting platforms</li>\n<li>Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) and Bill.com</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel capabilities</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage deadlines independently</li>\n<li>Clear and professional communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Background:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field</li>\n<li>Understanding of GAAP principles</li>\n<li>At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology:</span><br>QuickBooks (Desktop &amp; Online), ADP Run, TSheets, Tallie, Bill.com, Asana, Notion, Jotform, HelloSign, HelloFax, and Earth Class Mail</p>",
