          "text": "<p>The <strong>Global Supply Chain Risk Manager</strong> is a senior individual contributor responsible for enterprise-wide supply chain risk management, with an emphasis on external suppliers and third-party risk. This role leads the identification, assessment, prioritization, and governance of risk mitigation activities that protect continuity, cost, service, compliance, and reputation.<br>\n<br>\nThis position operates with high autonomy and influence, partnering across sourcing, operations, logistics, quality, finance, and executive leadership without direct people management.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, reporting into our Deerfield, IL HQ Tues-Thurs with flexibility to work remotely on Monday &amp; Friday.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBLIITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the enterprise approach to supply chain and supplier risk management</li><li>Continuously monitor risks across global supplier networks, including financial, capacity, geopolitical, regulatory, cyber, and ESG risks</li><li>Assess and prioritize risks based on likelihood, impact, and criticality of suppliers, materials, and services</li><li>Identify single-source, regional, and category risks and lead scenario analysis</li><li>Govern risk mitigation, ensuring actions are clearly owned, tracked, and executed</li><li>Influence mitigation strategies such as alternate sourcing, dual qualification, inventory strategies, and contractual protections</li><li>Engage directly with critical suppliers to assess resilience and business continuity</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to embed risk considerations into sourcing and supplier lifecycle decisions</li><li>Provide executive-level program updates on top risks, trends, and mitigation progress</li><li>Support leadership during major supply disruptions with data-driven recommendations</li></ul>",
