      "text": "Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to",
      "content": "\n<li>Directly oversee Maintenance team</li>\n<li>Develop and follow up on overall production performance and quality standards. Participate in daily update meetings, analyze and report on downtime or other issues</li>\n<li>Oversee department planning and coordination of workload based on production schedule and adapt to changing circumstances as needed</li>\n<li>Evaluate and recommend improvements in methods, equipment, procedures, etc.</li>\n<li>Drive results – including production volume and reliability, labor management, workflow, and materials loss reduction</li>\n<li>Oversee compliance with GMP, Food Safety &amp; Quality SOPs, and HACCP guidelines. Do quality checks and confer with Quality on food quality issues</li>\n<li>Understand and model personal safety policies, report any safety hazards, and actively prevent/eliminate hazards that can cause injury or illness</li>\n<li>Coordinate maintenance activities with the Kitchen, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance</li>\n<li>Work with Sanitation to ensure rooms are ready for production</li>\n<li>Work closely with all departments to troubleshoot issues and communicate needs</li>\n<li>Work with HR regarding hiring, employee relations, and termination needs</li>\n<li>Monitor onboarding of new employees and performance-based training or cross-training activities</li>\n<li>Communicate clear performance expectations and provide performance coaching</li>\n<li>Monitor/guide supervisory completion of time cards, performance reviews, and dealing with employee issues</li>\n<li>Lead/participate in continuous improvement efforts</li>\n<li>Foster a spirit of cooperation and respect within team and with other departments</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education in industrial maintenance management&nbsp;</li>\n<li>HACCP knowledge or certification&nbsp;</li>\n<li>5-7 years of experience managing groups of employees in a production environment</li>\n<li>Effective people management in a multi-cultural, multi-generational workforce</li>\n<li>Maintenance planning skills, process flow understanding, and inventory management experience</li>\n<li>Practical problem solving and decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Safety management knowledge</li>\n<li>Strong, clear communication and coaching skills</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented</li>\n<li>Ability to write and present reports</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees</li>\n<li>Ability to interact effectively with regulators, vendors, and outside industry groups</li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience using computerized payroll/labor tracking</li>\n"
