The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and testing balers and compactors to the highest quality standards. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble and fit components for recycling and waste equipment</li>\n<li>Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications</li>\n<li>Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic installations</li>\n<li>Ensure all builds meet quality and safety standards</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organised work area</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a mechanical fitting or assembly role</li>\n<li>Ability to read technical drawings</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude</li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>\n<li>Health and safety awareness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you're a motivated team player with a mechanical background, we’d love to hear from you.
