Responsibilities include staging work areas, removing routes and boulder problems, washing and sorting holds and volumes, organizing and maintaining routesetting resources and gear, and performing equipment inspections.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">This role requires the ability to work at height using rope suspension systems and ladders, lift and move equipment or heavy objects, and execute all preparatory tasks as needed.
