They plan lessons aligned with curriculum objectives, support and track student progress, and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Teachers are expected to stay current in their subject, use effective instructional strategies, collaborate professionally, and communicate regularly with parents and
