This HR Trainee role will be an ideal opportunity to develop your experience and expertise in human resources. How you will create an impact Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probationary reviews, contract administration, and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. Provide support to the talent acquisition team for early career recruitment, implement best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement. Execute and coordinate HR initiatives, employee engagement programs to foster an inclusion organizational culture. Organize and host new hires' orientation. Be responsible for preparing the HR internal communications, including holiday announcements, wellness programs, and organizational updates to ensure consistent HR messaging across the company. Promote our Employer Value Proposition, amplify employment branding initiatives, and continuously elevate the end-to-end employee experience. Participate in Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
