Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Sr. Manager, SIOP for the Lennox Residential HVAC business leads the end-to-end process that aligns sales forecasts, inventory, and production capacity to optimize inventory levels, meet customer demand, and drive operational efficiency. This cross-functional role balances demand and supply, ensuring the organization operates on a unified plan. This role reports to the Home Comfort Solutions SIOP team and works closely with the LRH Leadership Team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Lead and execute the SIOP process</strong>: Facilitate monthly cycles including demand review, supply planning, and executive consensus meetings.</li>\n <li><strong>Demand & inventory planning</strong>: Generate and monitor forecasts, adjust safety stocks, and evaluate forecast performance.</li>\n <li><strong>Supply alignment</strong>: Assess production and purchasing needs based on demand, adjusting schedules and material availability accordingly.</li>\n <li><strong>Cross-functional collaboration</strong>: Work closely with sales, marketing, production, purchasing, and finance to ensure forecasts and operational plans are accurate and aligned.</li>\n <li><strong>Meeting facilitation & coordination</strong>: Lead SIOP meetings, manage agendas, document action items, and ensure follow-through across functions.</li>\n <li><strong>Data integrity & reporting</strong>: Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems, track KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory levels, on-time delivery), and drive continuous process improvement.</li>\n <li><strong>Change agent</strong>: Champion process standardization, system enhancements, and operational improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Typical Workday & Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A dynamic mix of meetings with sales, production, purchasing, and finance teams to update forecasts and resolve gaps.</li>\n <li>Office-based with some on-site time in manufacturing or ; up to ~10% travel may be required.</li>\n <li>Interaction with global/regional stakeholders, possibly across multiple time zones.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Outcomes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Improved forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.</li>\n <li>Enhanced service levels and on-time delivery.</li>\n <li>Reduced waste, lower carrying costs, and improved capacity utilization.</li>\n <li>Streamlined SIOP/S&OP practices and stronger cross-functional alignment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications & Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience</strong>: 5–10 years in SIOP/S&OP, integrated demand-supply planning, and inventory optimization roles.</li>\n <li><strong>Technical expertise</strong>:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, APO, IBP), advanced Excel, statistical forecasting, and analytics tools.</li>\n   <li>Strong understanding of demand planning, capacity modeling, inventory management, and network optimization.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Analytical & problem-solving</strong>: Capable of dissecting forecasts vs. actuals, developing simulations, and formulating cost-effective strategies.</li>\n <li><strong>Communication & leadership</strong>: Ability to lead and influence across functions, manage multi-stakeholder meetings, foster consensus, and guide change initiatives.</li>\n <li><strong>Soft skills</strong>:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li>\n   <li>Strategic and tactical thinking</li>\n   <li>Facilitator mindset with comfort moderating complex discussions.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong>: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between <strong>$139,200-$182,700</strong> annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
