The role will also support network topology evaluations, system upgrades, change control processes, and troubleshooting of wired and wireless network environments.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 12pt\">Design, configure, implement, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless network environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support complex switching and routing environments, including enterprise-level routing protocols and hierarchical network architectures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related network infrastructure components.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose and resolve performance issues affecting wired, wireless, and virtual local area network (VLAN) environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify, track, and coordinate lifecycle management activities, including hardware and software upgrades to network assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate network topology and recommend improvements to enhance redundancy, scalability, resilience, and overall network performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and update accurate network documentation, including configuration files, diagrams, asset inventories, and change records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow established change management procedures to document hardware and software requirements related to system and network modifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and technical requirements aligned with business needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide support during scheduled maintenance windows and respond to after-hours network outages as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive, hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, and maintaining complex LAN and WAN</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">environments, including advanced routing and switching technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working within large, multi-site or mission-critical network environments requiring high availability and redundancy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven proficiency with enterprise routing protocols (e.g., BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and advanced switching concepts (e.g., spanning tree, trunking, SVI, VRRP, VPC, EtherChannel).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience configuring and supporting Cisco routers, Cisco Catalyst switches, and IOS-based systems within hierarchical network architectures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Practical experience supporting enterprise firewall platforms; experience with Cisco Firepower and/or Palo Alto firewalls preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with wireless LAN controllers and network management tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working within formal change management environments and maintaining accurate technical documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63);
