Standardization</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop, document, and maintain <strong>standard work, work instructions, and process flows</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Design and optimize <strong>assembly processes, line layouts, and workstation configurations</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Define requirements for <strong>tooling, fixtures, and equipment</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Support <strong>new product introduction (NPI)</strong> and process validation activities&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></h3><ul><li>Apply <strong>Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System principles to eliminate waste and improve flow</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Lead <strong>root cause analysis (RCA)</strong> and implement corrective actions&nbsp;</li><li>Improve <strong>cycle time, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Drive <strong>A3 problem-solving initiatives</strong>&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><strong>Material Flow &amp;
