KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support quality assurance processes by conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Proficiency in quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and audit techniques. Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 and familiarity with supplier quality management. WE VALUE Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications. Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading quality improvement projects. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier quality management.
