    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>BASIC PURPOSE:</strong><strong id=\"isPasted\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>A front-line team member whose responsibilities are a combination of a Customer Service Representative and a Teller. &nbsp;The Universal Banker is a hybrid position that encompasses needs-based conversations, recommendations, referrals, and transaction processing. This role will allow the team member to participate in the sales culture of the institution and provide an opportunity for career growth and development. &nbsp;The Universal Banker is expected to make referrals and cross-sell products/services appropriate to the customers&rsquo; needs while maintaining the customer service culture of the company. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\" style=\"line-height: 1;\">Engage with prospective customers to have needs-based conversations to make recommendations for products, services, and referrals. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Open Deposit Products and make Referrals to BankFirst internal Line of Business Partners.</li><li>Be knowledgeable and proficient in the use of all online services and promote those digital solutions to customers.</li><li>Shares responsibility of greeting customers, processing transactions, handling cash, and making product recommendations.</li><li>Educates customers on BankFirst&rsquo;s products and services.</li><li>Provides a consistent optimal customer service experience by maintaining service standards and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment.</li><li>Conducts outbound phone calls to customers.</li><li>Owns and resolves customer&rsquo;s issues.</li><li>Follows all bank processes and procedures and adheres to applicable laws and regulations, including completing duties delegated and assigned by the Branch Manager; as a member of the branch team, ensures sound banking practices, including managing, identifying and reporting operational risks.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must have good computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Adobe Sign.</li><li>Should be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Have excellent communications skills, written and verbal. &nbsp;</li><li>Should be sales oriented and have excellent product knowledge.</li></ul><p>EOE, including disability/vets</p></div>\n",
