Industrial Hygienist

As an Industrial Hygienist, you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will: Perform industrial hygiene and occupational health assessments, including air contaminants, noise, heat stress, indoor air quality (IAQ), mold, asbestos, lead, silica, and other exposure surveys in a variety of industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, and pulp and paper. Ability to communicate professionally with workplace employees and management; calibrate, deploy, and retrieve industrial hygiene sampling pumps and monitoring equipment; accurately document daily field activities and sampling data; and work collaboratively with a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Project Manager (PM) to execute industrial hygiene and health and safety project risks. Analyze data, prepare data tables, reports, and figures promptly. An elevated level of travel throughout the continental US is expected, depending on client/project needs. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum Skills and Requirements: BS Degree with a focus on Industrial Hygiene (ABET Accredited highly preferred) Industrial Hygiene experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic Strong work ethic, responsible, and dependable Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
