    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RASIRC</span> is seeking a passionate and dynamic<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Design Engineer II </span>to join our team.  If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with diverse teams, and is committed to making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Our Mission:</span></span></p>\n<p>RASIRC is the innovation leader in the creation and delivery of liquid generated gas reactants that enable semiconductor and related processes.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Company Culture:</span></span></p>\n<p>Our values are at the forefront of our tasks and interactions every day both with coworkers as well as customers.</p>\n<p>These values include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Focused Innovation</li>\n<li>Integrity</li>\n<li>Teamwork</li>\n<li>Open Communication</li>\n<li>Efficiency</li>\n<li>Learning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Overview:</span></span></p>\n<p>Design, development, analyze and document mechanical, and electromechanical solutions for both new and sustaining products.  Work with international customers, R&amp;D, and marketing professionals to develop whole product technical solutions to solve state of the art problems in semiconductor, display, and solar next generation technologies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, manufacture, analyze, test and document mechanical and electromechanical systems for new and sustaining products.</li>\n<li>Design work to cover mass transfer, heat transfer, mechanical design, hardware integration, and manufacturability for product development, automated test fixtures, and failure analysis.</li>\n<li>Work with all departments on ways to improve performance, manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and overall quality of products.</li>\n<li>Work with mechanical, chemical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure that system designs are accurately modeled, manufactured, tested, and documented, and meet product requirement specifications, driving deliverables and cross-functional alignment through each phase gate of the product development lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Utilize SolidWorks to generate part and assembly models and drawings for design reviews, manufacturing, and ECOs (engineering change orders).</li>\n<li>Work with outside vendors to manufacture and find parts to meet product requirements.</li>\n<li>Inspection of parts and assemblies to meet critical dimensions and specifications.</li>\n<li>Planning and developing timelines to meet deadlines.</li>\n<li>Generate/update bill of materials into an ERP system; generate/update product design, test and assembly documentation and internal mechanical engineering processes.</li>\n<li>Work with Hydrogen Peroxide or hydrazine as a gas and liquid.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education</span></span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">:</span> Requires Bachelor’s Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar.</li>\n<li>Experience with modeling software (SolidWorks preferred).</li>\n<li>Minimum 2+ years of related work experience</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n<li>May require working with dangerous and/or toxic gases and the ability to physically control RASIRC designed hazardous equipment.</li>\n<li>Experience with hazardous chemistry is a plus.</li>\n<li>Understand heat transfer, mass transfer and process piping ability to work hands on with gases, liquids, and heaters.</li>\n<li>Ability to design, build and run tests.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in class 1000 or better cleanrooms with required cleanroom garb.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift approximately 35 lbs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">U.S. Citizenship:</span></span> Please note that RASIRC does not assume the responsibility to sponsor employees, US citizenship or Permanent Resident Certificate (Green Card) is required for this job.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Relocation:</span></span> Please note that this position does not include relocation assistance.
