    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY:</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing CRM solutions.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.</li>\n<li>Architect and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripts using JavaScript and C#.</li>\n<li>Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, Power Platform, and REST APIs.</li>\n<li>Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and DevOps processes within the CRM team.</li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior team members.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Manage solution deployments, environment configurations, and release management using Azure DevOps.</li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality delivery.</li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to recommend enhancements and optimizations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior developer role.</li>\n<li>Proficient in:</li>\n<li>Core Technologies: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS</li>\n<li>Dynamics 365 Tools: Plugins, Workflows, Actions, Business Rules, Power Automate, Power Apps</li>\n<li>Data Management: Data migration, DataVerse, SQL Server, FetchXML, OData</li>\n<li>Integration: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, API development, and integration frameworks</li>\n<li>Source Control &amp; CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Git</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of CRM solution architecture, ALM, and deployment practices.</li>\n<li>Experience in configuring and extending Power Platform components.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
