    "description_html": "<p><strong>Objective</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for monitoring the Marination operation; to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process, insuring proper raw materials are being used on the line, and remain in spec while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to MF Policy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Job Duties</strong></p><p>Employee is responsible for maintaining the Marination process flow which include but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Must be able to understand all parts of the production schedule and WIP Reports</li><li>Ensuring all products are produced unless instructed otherwise by direct supervision.</li><li>Completing all necessary log forms which include but are not limited to: Downtime Log, Pallet Jack Inspection, Cardboard Sheet, Marination Formula Sheets with Lots&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring products are properly weighed and labeled</li><li>Must be able to understand material specs and ensure products coming of the line are in proper spec.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized work area</li><li>Maintain pathways clear of obstructions to and from cooler or other areas surrounding the Marination area</li><li>Responsible for preparing ingredients that are to be added to the tumblers to recipe specifications. Follow recipes as specified by MF Specs.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",

These positions work in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required. May require occasional assisted lifting of up to 70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs using a pallet jack.
