    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><span>Job Purpose:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Concrete Finisher assist with concrete pours and finishing tasks ensuring quality work.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The Concrete Finisher will also perform patchwork as needed, utilizing hand tools such as bull floats, rounded and squared edgers, and hand mixers. <span> Duties may include cutting expansion joints with a power saw, aligning forms to desired depth and pitch, directing the casting of concrete, preparing and cleaning surface areas, and completing moldings using a variety of hand-held and power tools.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><span>Essential duties and responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Prepare work sites by setting up forms and reinforcement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Mix, pour, and spread concrete for various applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using appropriate tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure proper curing and maintenance of concrete structures.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Cleans and inspects surfaces for pouring issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Pours, smooths, and levels concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed (includes handheld tools and power tool versions).</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Safely operates power vibrator to ensure the concrete is compacted.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Molds and constructs expansion joints using joiners and edging tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Polishes surface using a power surfacing machine.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintains and provides basic hand tools necessary for the work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Performs related duties including, but not limited to, light demolition or grading, as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><span>Education, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a concrete laborer or mason</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to use concrete tools and equipment safely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Physical stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understands and follows verbal and written instructions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Carpentry skills preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span>Basic blueprint comprehension preferred.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
