    "description": "<p><span>The Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating purchase order planning, production and work orders while actively supporting daily warehouse operations. This on-site role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory handling, and smooth execution of inbound and outbound activities. The position requires a hands-on planner with prior experience in planning or warehouse operations, capable of independently managing day-to-day planning tasks while supporting operational execution.<br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Planning &amp; Coordination</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans for inbound and outbound activities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely inbound deliveries.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain and update production and work order plans; proactively identify and escalate potential delays or bottleneck.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, Sales Support) to ensure effective execution of plans.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br>Warehouse Operations</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations as required, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with planning activities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br>Process &amp; Compliance</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite)</span></li>\n<li><span>Support reporting and analysis related to inventory, inbound performance, and planning adherence</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br>Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience with inbound and outbound warehouse processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of inventory management and logistics best practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Education and Competencies</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and supply chain, Business administration or Engineering</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations </span></li>\n<li><span>Detail-oriented and structured working style</span></li>\n<li><span>Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work full-time on-site in an operational environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently on routine planning and coordination tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Practical experience working with ERP/WMS systems in a live operational environment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proactive and solution-driven mindset</span></li>\n<li><span>Team player with a hands-on attitude</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong coordination and planning skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Good command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical skills (Excel, Tableau or Power BI)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Our Culture and Work Environment</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At Aaeon Europe, we believe in fostering a supportive, professional, and collaborative workplace.
