Job Title: Summer Boost Illuminator Location: Bronx, NY Job Start Date: July 6, 2026 Capital Preparatory Schools Summer Boost Program: We are excited to recruit passionate and dedicated individuals to support our scholars in several aspects of academic and social-emotional enrichment this summer. If you are seeking additional opportunities for professional growth and leadership development over the Summer of 2026, Summer Boost might be for you! Program Details/FAQ: Program Dates and Schedule The Summer Boost program runs about 20 days, Required Mandatory PD session before programming begins: Anticipated for Mid June Summer Boost In Session: Dates July 6th - July 31st Daily Schedule (Instructional Time): Monday - Friday, Anticipated 8:00am - 4:00pm (Final Hours TBD). Note: Illuminators will be offered 2 or 4-week in session work options; if 2 weeks, illuminators will be paired together for continuity. Attendance is mandatory for all PD and In Session Dates. How many scholars will be participating? Bronx: approximately 84 scholars Harlem: approximately 36 scholars Compensation: Is this a paid position? YES. Illuminators may earn up to $10K. * Restrictions apply. *stipend amount is based on final student enrollment. Additionally, full stipend compensation for staff reflects a commitment to attending all scheduled program days.
