We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Vice President, Account Executive to join our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Includes but may not be limited to:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Serve as primary point of contact for accounts to coordinate day-to-day operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with accounts managed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure timely and efficient delivery of surety bonds or any other account request.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Coordinate and deliver advisory feedback between sureties and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Collaborate with the Advisory &amp; Production department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work closely with the Director of Operations and the R&amp;P CSR team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proactively explore potential opportunities for additional surety credit within existing client book.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Optimize existing client relationships and expand surety involvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Actively maintain understanding of current events for all clients and ensure VPs are current on client activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain existing prospective client network and produce new surety clients as appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Advocate and educate internal and external stakeholders on project finance structures to help develop surety appetite and innovative surety products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Participate in and facilitate prospect, client, and surety meetings as necessary.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred focus on risk management or construction).</li>\n<li>Certifications such as AFSB (Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding) or CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) are a plus.\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n<li>5–7+ years of experience in the surety industry, including contract and commercial bonds.</li>\n<li>Proven success in managing client relationships and achieving business growth.</li>\n<li>Prior experience in leadership or mentoring roles is preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of surety products, underwriting, and financial statement analysis.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and recommend solutions.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in industry software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n<li>Must hold or obtain relevant state insurance licenses.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with regional markets and industry-specific needs (e.g., construction, commercial, energy).</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Join the Rosenberg &amp; Parker Team</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Rosenberg &amp; Parker is the largest independent surety-only broker in the world, specializing in providing bespoke surety solutions to large publicly and privately held companies. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary wages may be only part of the total compensation package.
