Join us and you’ll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance. </em><br>\n<br>\n<strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong><br>\n&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Lead and govern Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solution architecture and design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT standards</li><li>Collaborate with solution providers to support and enhance CPQ solutions across multiple countries</li><li>Partner with the business product owner to prioritize and manage potential backlog</li><li>Deliver and maintain scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective technical solutions by working with partners</li><li>Identify and implement functional improvements and continuous enhancements by working with partners</li><li>Provide final authorization for transport requests to QA and production systems</li><li>Review and approve technical change documents, Blueprint Solution Documents (BSD), and system documentation</li><li>Facilitate process standardization from a technical perspective</li><li>Escalate missing inputs, resource constraints, or timeline risks to Project Management</li><li>Actively contributes to development work for the first 6 months (e.g., working on user stories, writing and reviewing code) to ensure solution quality and vendor accountability</li><li>Lead and delegate tasks effectively within a team environment, ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Actively leverage RRPS-provided GenAI solutions to improve productivity and solution quality daily</li><li>Promote a safety and compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct</li><li>Perform special assignments as required</li></ul>",

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, and 5 years functional support experience with CPQ solutions; or 9 years of CPQ functional support experience.</li><li>Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, when necessary</li><li>Travel – domestic and international (20% short notice)<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong><br>\n&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Subject-Matter Expert with CPQ solutions and hands-on participation in various phases of implementation.</li><li>Excellent knowledge and DevOps experience in a Microsoft on-premises and Azure Environment</li><li>Excellent organizational, planning, and follow up skills</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent presentation skills</li><li>Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and system ownership responsibilities</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong ability to work independently and with others</li><li>Experience configuring Cincom CPQ</li><li>Experience in integration with Enterprise PLM and ERP Solutions</li><li>Background in manufacturing or power generation environments</li></ul>",
