This role will help administer and monitor the project safety program; perform daily job site walks and manage select self-perform labor and subcontractor operations to ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assistant Superintendents will have daily on-site supervision of large commercial construction projects to assure projects are developing according to plans, budgets, and schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understands building plans and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicating daily with subcontractors, general laborers, clients, owners, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Daily management of construction traders and subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Safety standards checks and constant enforcement of safety standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Self-starter with ability to set goals and meet deadlines.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Experience:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in construction management with 0-5 years’ experience in the construction industry or related fields.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 57, 64)\">OSHA 30</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of safety standards and enforcement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understands building plans and specifications.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">An Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-size: 12pt\">J.
