This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data warehousing and reporting concepts, along with proven experience implementing business intelligence and big data solutions to support mission-critical operations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design, develop, and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ETL mappings</span> to extract, transform, and load data between systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">performance tuning</span> of ETL processes to ensure efficient data processing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards</span> using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">unit testing</span> and validation of BI reports and data transformations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Write and optimize <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">complex SQL statements, stored procedures, scripts, triggers, and views</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyze data and implement <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">aggregation, transformation, and visualization</span> strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Apply best practices in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data warehousing, reporting platforms, and business intelligence</span> solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective BI dashboards and reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support multiple phases of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Development Life Cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment)</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">system documentation</span> to support the development lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recommend solutions and improvements to drive <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BI and data management best practices</span>.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">8+ years of experience</span> in software development, business intelligence, or data engineering.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data analysis</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data aggregation</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data visualization</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ETL processes</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data transformation methodologies</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (queries, stored procedures, triggers, views).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solid foundation in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data warehousing concepts</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">reporting platforms</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">big data technologies</span> and multiple BI environments is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work across full software development lifecycle phases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must hold an active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Top Secret clearance</span>.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>CULTURE REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Engineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
