This position supports and fills in as a Customer Service Coordinator when needed. &nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals for the store. Working with manager to ensure donation volume or raw material meets expectations to support store goals and sales.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure every rack or cart of processed goods, meets standards of quality and closely monitors quantity and pricing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Crosstrain and be proficient in every aspect including pace of production in order to train new Merchandise Processors and fill in when necessary.</li>\r\n\t<li>Train new staff and coach existing staff to follow the production process, holding the staff accountable for meeting processing goals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform opening and closing of the store as assigned by the manager.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Cross train and be proficient in cash register procedures and be prepared to substitute for a Customer Service Coordinator.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicates production progress, changes, and all general information regarding to production as a topic during staff meetings.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure workstations only have necessary supplies and are stocked to meet goals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure store is locked, secured and all personnel has left safely when closing is necessary.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure all Merchandise Processors complete floor work each day for one hour. Ensure product placement and rotation processes are followed to company standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete all other duties as assigned by the management team or Store Manager.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Meet quality and goals by sending in jewelry and merchandise weekly to the Ecommerce Department.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with all Goodwill Keystone Area policies, procedures and employee handbook.</li>\r\n\t<li>Promotes an environment of workplace safety.
