          "text": "<p><strong>Scope of Position</strong></p><p>Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the CLS Department</p><p><strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow within required time expectations – focus on time critical cargo shipments.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system - process AWBs and BLs.&#xa0;</li><li>Track and Trace Export and Import files and reporting.</li><li>Use operational workflows on daily basis.</li><li>Ensure arrival notices are communicated in timely manner to customer and overseas offices.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely client and Service Providers billing.</li><li>Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers (Airline carriers, trucking companies and others involved)</li><li>Meet compliance at all times with internal and external regulations in accordance with government regulations - complete EEIs.&#xa0;</li><li>Understand department process flow, looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.</li><li>Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place and updated.</li><li>Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company's procedure.</li><li>Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and phone requests (internal and external)</li><li>Perform basic warehouse functions including but not limited to manual or machine operated cargo handling, labeling and loading/off-loading.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting Structure</strong></p><ul><li>CLS/AOG Lead, Supervisor and Manager</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Availability for rotating/scheduled afterhours, overnight and weekend shift</li><li>1 year plus related experience and/or training with specific focus on AOG and airspace industry.</li><li>Understanding of air documentation process and air shipments flow</li><li>Experience in international and domestic (air and ground) routing and dispatching.</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.</li><li>Pro-active, strong organizational skills and detail oriented with sense of urgency.</li><li>Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general capacity to operate computer equipment.</li><li>Professional efficiency in English, knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese, other languages is a plus.</li><li>Ability to lift boxes up to 50 LBS and capacity to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.</li></ul>",
