          "text": "<p>SunSteel, LLC is searching for an energetic and driven sales professional to join our team in Vancouver, WA as a Sales associate. The position will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing relationships with current customers. The ideal candidate will possess previous steel/construction-related work experience and have well-established relationships with general contractors.</p><ul><li>Meet departmental objectives as established by the General Manager</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities by compiling prospective customer and project lists from various sources</li><li>Review RFQs and project drawings to determine fit and scope for SunSteel</li><li>Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals to customers</li><li>Maintain ongoing customer contact throughout projects to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and document any concerns</li><li>Interpret and explain quotes to customers, including exclusions and qualifications</li><li>Follow up on bid status and monitor project progress post-submission</li><li>Assist with quoting and estimating activities, including takeoffs and proposal writing</li><li>Identify decision makers and profile accounts to determine customer needs</li><li>Maintain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors</li></ul><p>Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager</p>",
