These are seen throughout our interactions with customers, within the company, and in each of our employee’s everyday lives. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Description of Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to customer inquiries in an effective, timely manner</li>\n <li>Assist in mentoring Junior Account Managers</li>\n <li>Approve MTR’s to customer specifications</li>\n <li>Obtain quotes from vendors for services</li>\n <li>Negotiate best prices and deliveries from vendors</li>\n <li>Work to approve vendor relations and response times</li>\n <li>Plan staggered shipments</li>\n <li>Assist management and Quality control with customer Non-conformances (NCR’s)</li>\n <li>Assist management and Quality control with material (Mill) Non-conformances (NCR’s)</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels</li>\n <li>Track and troubleshoot orders</li>\n <li>Add and review freight and rush charges</li>\n <li>Correct discrepancies between purchase orders and customers invoices</li>\n <li>Assist with credit card or COD payments (if applicable)</li>\n <li>Process and document retuned material as required</li>\n <li>Preservation of records (Sales, Orders, services, etc.)</li>\n <li>Communicate with operations daily regarding material and delivery requirements</li>\n <li>Assist all other departments as needed</li>\n <li>Comply with all HSE, QMS and Corporate policies at Tube Supply</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned by a Management/Supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Embodies the Tube Supply values of Excellence, Loyalty, and Fun</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of steel sales experience</li>\n <li>Prior experience with reading and understanding Mill Test Reports and customer specifications</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n</ul>",
