This is a Mechanical Construction Superintendent position responsible for leading multiple job sites which are typically large in nature.   The Construction Superintendent will be the leader in the field and will meet often with the General Contractors (GC) and Owners and ensure that B&amp;K surpasses all expectations.  All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Has a thorough working knowledge of mechanical construction and installation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Works with tools to complete specific assigned tasks on a project. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains proper care and the appropriate number of tools and equipment necessary to support productions specific to a project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understands and achieves crew production goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Documents key information such as activities, productions, and crew sizes.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understands and maintains established quality levels associated with duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participates in all safety activities such as toolbox talks, job hazard analysis.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Leads the development of the project schedule with the Project Manager and ensures the team is executing to the plan.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Creates, communicates, monitors, and achieves crew production goals.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinates preplanning activities for project components such as crew size, schedule, materials, materials, meetings, and manpower.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Creates and implements safety plans and ensures compliance through use of training, toolbox talks and communication with safety representatives.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supports project quality assurance/quality control planning to ensure quality for assigned tasks. </span><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Applies and leads Lean principles and practices on the jobsite such as daily stand-up meetings, pull planning, etc. Willing and able to travel. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Controls costs in production units through understanding multiple variables, such as the project management system, task specific reports, production, and costs for assigned responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinates usage of all aspects of construction project resources, including internal and external support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinates work for larger crews and/or other trade foremen; may include responsibilities for multiple crews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Trains Foremen on pre-planning, plan reading, productivity, efficiency, economical crew size, quality workmanship, and safety to ensure projects are expeditiously and profitably constructed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manages subcontractor crews for portions of projects or a small project. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">In Addition to the core Foreman responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide leadership to others through example.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage field crew in day-to-day production of projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinates inspections for assigned scope of work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reads and understands plans, specifications, shop drawings and coordination drawings. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinates other trade work associated with the assigned scope of work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicates with suppliers and coordinates delivery of supplies to jobsite. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Establishes crew sizes that align with production goals. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Leads and monitors safety and security procedures within the crew. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Tracks and reports units and labor hours, including filling out and submitting timecards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Learns and actively participates in all aspects of the company’s safety culture by demonstrating a commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High School Diploma or GED </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Vocational/Technical degree in related field (Preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">12+ Years in commercial construction working with mechanical piping projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 5 years in field supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
