    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Job Description:</p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fills customers’ orders in accordance with specifications on order form.</li>\n <li>Receives and reads customer order to identify item(s) to be pulled. Verifies stock availability.</li>\n <li>Operating warehouse machinery in accordance with established procedures, obtains item(s) in stock from shelves.</li>\n <li>Conveys, or prepares, orders for wrapping and delivery.</li>\n <li>Prepares and maintains records.</li>\n <li>Cleans and maintains work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> Pay rate: USD $18.57 Hourly</p>\n<p>Shift: 6am to 2:30 -Monday through Friday. OT Required.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fills orders in accordance with specifications on order form. (85%)</li>\n <li>Pick orders in accordance with order form specifications, using lift or order picker</li>\n <li>Load and unload trucks.</li>\n <li>Print labels and inventory tickets.</li>\n <li>Initiate cycle count requests when inventory variances are detected.</li>\n <li>Band/Wrap orders for delivery.</li>\n <li>Complete import/export paperwork, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Process orders using Pitney Bowes.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Report all unsafe conditions to Team leader.</li>\n <li>Have a high level of safety awareness to include defensive driving skills and increased awareness of surroundings.</li>\n <li>Maintain good attendance and work all posted overtime.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> Maintain warehouse operations. (10%)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete replenishment cards.</li>\n <li>Replenish materials into their proper locations.</li>\n <li>Repair pallets.</li>\n <li>Perform daily maintenance on warehouse equipment (maintain, charge, clean batteries).</li>\n <li>Maintain warehouse environment. Will be certified.</li>\n <li>Cross train in other areas</li>\n <li>Will be trained in cutting -shears</li>\n <li>Will be cross trained in Shipping and Receiving and must be able to read and understand English.</li>\n <li>Will utilize UPS/FedEx portals (Computer)-Will be trained. </li>\n <li>Once Forklift is certified a pay rate increase will be offered.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>3-6 months’ manufacturing experience Preferred - Willing to train on Forklift (site down and stand-up forklift), Forklift experience would be a plus.</li>\n <li>Both site down and stand-up Will be certified. </li>\n <li>Once Forklift certified, pay rate be offered.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills and Abilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Accuracy/Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Operate straight lift/order picker/ reach</li>\n</ul>",
