Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute to concept development and shape the design narrative for aviation environments, from premium lounges to terminal interiors</li>\n <li>Support the creation of hospitality-driven spaces in travel, translating brand stories into spatial experiences that evoke emotion and belonging</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through inspired, buildable design</li>\n <li>Curate materials, finishes, furnishings, and details that reflect both design integrity and operational excellence</li>\n <li>Participate in design reviews, bringing a positive, curious mindset and openness to feedback</li>\n <li>Prepare design presentation materials that communicate a strong point of view with clarity and confidence</li>\n <li>Prepare project documentation and drawings, ensuring design intent carries through documentation, construction, and completion</li>\n <li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, and brand strategists to deliver seamless, cohesive experiences</li>\n <li>Stay engaged with industry trends and design innovations, bringing fresh perspectives and inspiration to the team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>This role is an in-office position</li>\n <li>Degree in Interior Design or Architecture</li>\n <li>7+ years of interior design experience, ideally across aviation, hospitality, or luxury commercial sectors</li>\n <li>A portfolio that demonstrates design excellence — from concept to realization</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of how design enhances the guest experience and brand identity</li>\n <li>Fluency in Revit, and familiarity with FF&E selection, detailing, and documentation</li>\n <li>Strong organization, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage complex projects, teams, and client relationships</li>\n <li>Interest in sustainable design and innovation</li>\n <li>Professional registration preferred</li>\n <li>Confident presentation ability</li>\n <li>Potential travel opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position is designated as <strong>full-time on-site</strong> and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location <strong>Monday through Friday during standard business hours</strong>.
